*Due to COVID-19, please estimate 2-10 business days after order processing to receive your order. Order processing may take up to 7 days as we are taking precautionary measures to ensure our customers safety during this time. We are currently only shipping to our US customers.
Our main fulfillment center is located in the United States. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-5 days to process your order and prepare it for shipment. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our secondary fulfillment center in China where we house excess styles and inventory. Shipping is primarily based on your location; please expect 2-10 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Once your order is shipped, please allow 2-4 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated in the post office system. Please note that your order is on the way and there is no delay of the package other than the tracking status. After this grace period you can track your order via the tracking number we supply you with.
Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, we will be unable offer you a refund or exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not yet received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
